The 17-piece River City Big Band is Edmonton's premier community jazz ensemble. Their Remembrance Day concert is a perennial favourite at Festival Place featuring the big band swing of jazz greats like Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, and Count Basie.
