Patron Rewards Program
Festival Place appreciates and values its customers!
- Each Festival Place customer will be rewarded with one FREE ticket for every six tickets purchased.
- Festival Place will track ticket purchases by the purchaser’s name.
- Transferring ticket purchases to another participant is not permitted.
- Purchasers are instantly registered upon their first purchase, provided complete contact information is given.
- Ticket purchases to any theatre show and Café Series show presented by Festival Place qualify for rewards.
- Ticket purchases that do not qualify include: Patio Series, Black & White Fundraiser, Beer & Wine Festival, New Year's Eve celebrations, meal purchases, cancelled shows, and shows at Festival Place that are produced by outside agencies.
- Tickets can be purchased using any means: online, in person, telephone, mail-in forms, or Ticketmaster.
- The FREE ticket:
- Will be redeemed at the initiative of the ticket purchaser by visiting the Festival Place Box Office during regular business hours.
- Will be selected from a listing of upcoming shows, provided tickets are still available
for the chosen show.
- The listing of available shows will change as shows sell out, artists perform, or additional artists are scheduled.
- Does not count towards the six-ticket count for rewards.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Can be saved and then redeemed with additional FREE tickets earned, provided all FREE tickets are redeemed before their expiry date.
The Fine Print
- Purchases made after May 1, 2010 qualify for the program.
- Once a free ticket has been earned, it must be redeemed before June 30, 2011.
- If the free ticket is not redeemed before June 30, 2011, the ticket is considered to have expired and has no redemption value past this date.
- Any ticket purchases accumulated toward a FREE ticket will also expire on June 30, 2011.
- The accumulation of purchases toward a FREE ticket will begin again on July 1, 2011.
- The Patron Rewards Program and the Group Rewards Program are separate programs and cannot be combined.
- By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Festival Place.
- The contact information you provide Festival Place will be handled according to Festival Place’s Privacy Policy.
- Festival Place may, at any time, terminate or modify the Rewards Program without further obligations to participants.
